The Office of the Speaker of the House is now accepting applications for spring 2020 interns. The internship begins January 7, 2020 and will continue through the legislative session.
Responsibilities include: constituent correspondence, legislative and policy research, communications work, bill tracking, maintenance of the office website, and general administrative tasks.
Applicants must have: completed two years of college, excellent communication and writing skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, research experience, and reliable transportation to and from the State House in Montpelier. Applicants should be able to commit 15-20 hours per week.

All application materials are due by Friday, November 8, 2019. Interviews for qualified candidates will be conducted on a rolling basis as applications are received. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
